Design for Humanity

A series of talks about using design and technology to bring people together.

Book a talk by Daniel Eckler

Social media, sharing economy, empathy machines - technology trends often promise to bring us together, but end up pushing us apart. Design for Humanity is a series of talks that seek to resolve this issue by answering the following questions:

How do we accelerate the development of technology that will close the digital divide and restore our connection to each other?

How to do we promote a relationship to technology that is more rooted in the physical world, and natural interactions, so that we don’t end up as machines sitting in-front of other machines?

And given that technology will continue to get more deeply integrated into our lives, how do we make the experience of relating to technology itself more human?
